Through individual and group work, Stephanie harnesses the potent energy of movement as ritual, guiding people on a transformative journey to redefine what 'sacred' means to each of us. As a mentor, she empowers women in embodied spiritual practices, unveiling the profound strength of the sacred within.
With a decade-long dedication to guiding yoga and meditation around the world, Stephanie illuminates paths to heightened, loving self-awareness, and compassion. Her role as an instructor extends beyond the studio and into teacher trainings, delving into yogic philosophy, the chakra system, and our interconnectedness with lunar and astrological influences. Stephanie's gift lies in crafting sanctuaries that offer solace and in guiding practices that peel back layers, allowing deeper inner-standing and unlayering of oneself.

TANYA, TEAM SUPPORT
Tanya is an organizational whiz. She spends her days managing the businesses of incredible spiritual entrepreneurs', helping be the concierge to their inspiring communities, and keeping their projects on track (everything from podcasts to book launches, community support, etc.) She lives in a magical town in Southern France, where she can be frequently seen hiking up to the caves of Marie Magdalene and sipping Rosé by the sea. She originally hails from Canada and has Ukrainian ancestral roots which she holds very close. Tanya's love for travel and connecting with people from all walks of life brings her deep joy. We're excited that she can share her presence with you all, and hold you in this virtual temple space.
