You used to know who you were.
Before the roles piled on. Before motherhood, or the marriage that changed shape, or the career that asked everything of you. Before you started waking up feeling like you’re going through the motions of a life that should feel like yours — but somehow doesn’t quite.
You’re not falling apart.
You’re at a threshold.
Something is ending.
Something is trying to begin. And you can feel it — the pull toward a version of yourself that is more alive, more real, more fully here.
The question is whether you’ll cross it — or keep standing at the edge, waiting for the right moment that never quite comes.
You Are Invited...
Into a deep dive group coaching and mentorship experience with me and 9 other committed women — all standing at their own threshold, all choosing to cross it.
So many women reach out to work with me 1:1 — they want the depth, the intimacy, the kind of holding that actually changes things. But 1:1 work isn’t always accessible.
And honestly?
There’s something that happens in the presence of other women going through their own becoming that I can’t replicate alone.
This container was built to give you that depth — the real holding, the embodied work, the transformation that sticks — alongside women who understand exactly where you are.

This Is For You If...
-
You don't want to lose yourself in motherhood. In work. In marriage.
-
You want to grow and change and step into the next phase of your life - but not by abandoning the wildness, the aliveness, the magic you've found within yourself.
-
You're done performing. Done shrinking. Done waiting.
-
You want to be free - and rooted. Alive - and stable. Desired - and whole.
-
You're ready to look honestly at where your old patterns are still running the show - and be held accountable to something more.
-
You know you're in a season of initiation. And you know that initiation asks to be met - not survived alone.
This container is for the seasons where something is ending or beginning. Where your identity is shifting. Where your desires are getting louder. Where your life is asking more of you.
Why So Many Women don’t Cross the Threshold:
It’s not because they aren’t ready.
It’s because change is hard to do alone. Every part of us that learned to stay safe rises up and pulls us back to what we know. The protective patterns, the child parts that ran the show for decades — they don’t just step aside because we want them to.
So we reach for our phones. We listen to podcasts. We journal. We google our feelings at midnight. And it helps, a little — but it doesn’t hold us. It doesn’t witness us. It doesn’t feel us.
And then the moment passes. The dream gets filed away. The desire goes quiet. And we stay where we are, even though some part of us is still wishing for something more.
In nine years of working with women at the most pivotal moments of their lives — in love, in creative rebirth, in identity shifts, in the unraveling of who they thought they had to be — I’ve seen it clearly:
The women who cross the threshold are not braver than the ones who don’t.
They’re just held.
You don’t have to do this alone. And I will make sure you don’t abandon your truth.

What This
Container Is
This is a group coaching and mentorship experience devoted to holding you through transformation in a deep, relational, embodied way.

Being amongst other women is the medicine. It makes the work stick. It gives you voices that challenge you, second you, and see things in you that you can’t see yourself. I love this council-style space — I’ll coach you, and I’ll also invite others to share what they see and feel. When four women witness your gift, it lands in a way it never could if only I said it.
This is not surface-level work.
You will get seen, challenged, loved, and praised.
I bring my full range of training — psychology, psychotherapy, embodiment, polarity, somatic work — but I don’t see you through any single lens. I see you holistically. And I always start by feeling deeply with you.
Often the process of transformation is taught as a push — intense, get-shit-done energy. We do it differently here. With care. With tenderness. And also with fire.

-
The capacity to stay with change, instead of running from it.
-
A deeper, more honest relationship to your body and your truth.
-
The ability to hold more of what you actually desire.
-
A sense of self that is rooted, deep, and unmistakably yours.
-
The wildness preserved - but from an integrated, adult place.
-
Relationships that can hold the full weight of who you're becoming.
Initiation → Excavation → Alchemy → Embodiment → Expression → Devotion → Expansion → Rebirth → Integration
Every month’s teaching is woven through the areas that matter most: your relationships, your sexuality and intimacy, and your creative life. Because these are not separate — they are all expressions of the same aliveness.

Why I Built This...
At 31, my life looked like everything I’d worked for.
I was repped at one of the biggest agencies in Hollywood. I’d directed for Vice, acted opposite Clive Owen, written scripts. I was moving through the world with the kind of momentum that looks, from the outside, like success.
And I was hollow inside. Drinking too much. Spiritually cut off from the practices and the presence that had always been the ground beneath me. Going through the motions of a life I’d built but had somehow stopped living.
I was at a threshold — I just didn’t have a word for it yet.
The message I received in an ayahuasca ceremony was not subtle: “Stop caring about being famous. Go help people.”
I left the film world. Within a year I was booked solid with clients, featured in the New York Times, and signing a book deal. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I stopped performing a life and started living one.
That was nine years ago.
Since then I’ve sat with hundreds of women at their own thresholds — in love, in creative rebirth, in the dissolution of who they thought they had to be, in the terror and the longing of becoming someone new. I’ve watched women arrive at the edge of the life that’s calling them and turn back, again and again, not because they weren’t ready, but because they were trying to do it alone.
Google doesn’t hold you through the wobble. A podcast can’t feel the moment you’re about to abandon yourself and call you back. The women who cross their thresholds are not braver than the ones who don’t. They are held.
I built The Threshold because I want you to have what I didn’t have at 31 — and what I’ve now spent almost a decade learning how to give.
A container. A council. Real holding.

IT IS MY HONOR TO HOLD YOU HERE
This is not a course you complete. Not a community you observe from the edges.
A real container, with real holding, with women who will see you, challenge you, and call you forward into who you are becoming.
The threshold is calling. Let's cross it together.
“I am not the same. My whole life has CHANGED. This is neither a metaphor, nor hyperbole. Doing this beautiful love work with Alexandra is 1000% a credit to the way that my life has shifted. From my relationships, to my career, to my finances, to my perspective – everything has changed and I am so deeply grateful for this unfolding of what I know about myself and WHO I GET TO BE.”
