Join me in Zion, Utah May 16-20, 2023 for an intimate retreat in the beautiful pristine landscape of Zion, to explore the inner workings of your heart, your body’s transmission of love, and the embodiment of your deepest bliss and truth…This is an application only, intimate group I am calling in, a group of deep divers committed to meeting their deepest fears and shadows and barriers to love, their embodied wildness, the buried truths, their grief and their ecstasy.

Only when we can meet the tender spots where we are closed or numb can we be granted access to the sweet honey of love.

We will laugh.

We will cry.

We will dance.

We will pray with body, mind and spirit.

Here is an idea of how we will be spending our time together…times may change…And some eves may end a bit earlier or later, depending on where we go, but we stick to around this schedule.

Opening Day, Tuesday, May 16th:

Orientation, 3:30-4:30

Opening Ritual and Intentions Circle- 4:30-6

Dinner- 6:30-7:30

May 17, 18, 19:

Silent Breakfast Time, 8-9

Morning Practice Session, 10-1

Lunch Break and Assignment, 1-3

Afternoon Session, 3-5 or 6

Dinner, 6:30-7:30

Evening Session Ritual, 8-10

May 20th:

Breakfast, 8:30-9:30

Closing Ritual, 9:30-11

In the morning or afternoon sessions we may take an excursion to a stream, a cave, or a cliff…each morning session will explore embodied expression, partner work, breath, sound, movement, archetypes, diving inward towards the self and the heart and into some partner work.

Afternoons will include more time for feedback, workshopping in front of the group, Q & A, and more outings.

Evenings are when we dive into deep ritual space.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will be spending time both inside and outside in the elements on this retreat. We will be hiking, possibly experiencing some heights, nights may be cold, days may be hot…

Come to get closer to your own heart and that of nature.

Wear your dusty boots, bring your cozy blankets, and sunscreen, and come willing to get raw and messy in all the ways.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND GETTING THERE:

There are varied structures and options on the land for accommodations:

Cabin shared with other women (space for 4-6)
Rustic cabin to yourself (space for 1)
Camping ( space for 5-7)
Air B N B’s and hotels

When you apply, we’ll let you know the housing options via email.

Zion is accessible by flying into Vegas and taking a shuttle out to the park or renting a car and driving in… the drive is breathtaking. Parking is available on-site.

RETREAT COST:

Tuition: $2000 (includes meals)

Onsite Housing Accommodations: $250-$500 additional for the week, depending which option you choose.

Offsite Housing you book directly and we can send suggestions.
