In this program, we will be:
š„ Starting the year investigating our patterns of embodiment and and mind that hold us back in relationships, money, work… and how it shows up in our lives along with our shadow patterns and habits, how these are embodied, and how we can begin to transform them using my favorite tools.
šš½ Playing with different forms of expression and embodiment, guided journeys and visualizations, sensual dance and movement, small group and partner work, ritual that lasts for certain amounts of time, some chants and prayers to stay with you through the year, sacred theatre, and suggested films and readings.
š± Exploring and nourishing our doing and being, giving and receiving sides, and the inner polarities we all hold, and how we can liberate the parts of us that feel constrained or held by the past. We will also consider how we embody the depth of our feminine souls in a very external world.
ā”ļø We will play with different feminine archetypes in group practice and talk about how and why we can use them in our lives, to free ourselves from patterns and habits that keep us suffering.
š„° You will have ample space to share, ask questions, and receive feedback around what it is in your life you are working on, we will get to know each other and engage deeply, and more… there will be ample space overall for your voice to come through in our gatherings.
