I have been working with women as a coach and mentor for the last 8 years and have supported thousands of women in my practice.

My study has ranged from therapeutic practice (the space of thinking!) to deep embodiment (the space of feeling!). My years of training and study in yogic intimacy and energetics are one of the building blocks for my deep work with women.

My one on one work with women has been written about in the New York Times, where a woman reviewed a session with me, to Harper’s Bazaar where one of my retreats was reviewed, and further into press where I was featured as an expert in Playboy, Vogue, GQ, and on Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle where I was an expert for 4 episodes called the “deeper connection queen” brought to help the reality show participants to get in touch with their hearts.

But, the secret weapon underneath all of that, is that I came from a background in directing and acting where I was trained to work with actors and feel where they were hiding, blocked, not being authentic, not truly open.

In my years of directing actors (many women) I learned to speak to the energetic potential within a person, and call that forward beyond the patterns of the body and mind. I can see and feel a body and heart and know very quickly where the blocks are. My awareness is deeply attuned to the clients I work with, and giving them practical feedback (direction) to bring them into energetic clarity and closer to their desires. I worked with Oscar winning directors, producers, and award winning actors, onstage at Lincoln Center in New York, and more…with a deep relationship to supporting the TRUTH to emerge artfully from any body.

WHAT IS THE COST? HOW CAN I PAY?

The monthly cost is $99/month and is charged on a rolling subscription basis. This is for 4.5+ hours of live classes with coaching and support + a bank of recorded practices. If you want to pay for a yearly subscription, you get 1 month free, making the total cost $1089.00 for the year. We currently accept payments via PayPal and Credit Card (through PayPal).
IS THERE A MONTHLY THEME?

This year, rather than specific themes for every month, the virtual practice space will be more specifically tailored to the group and the types of practices that would be most nourishing for us that month based on where the group is at- more intuitive, more space for you to ask for what you need.
HOW OFTEN WILL NEW CONTENT BE RELEASED?

When you join the space, you'll have access to a fat bank of pre-recording embodiment practices and gatherings. Plus, three times a month there will be a live 90 min gathering - the recordings of these gatherings will be added to the space the day after. So you get new content 3 x a month.
WHEN ARE THE LIVE GATHERINGS?

Live gatherings will be held on three Tuesdays every month. At the start of each month, you'll receive an email with the exact dates. These calls are held at 1:00 pm PST /4:00 pm EST.
HOW LONG ARE THE LIVE CALLS?

The live gatherings last 1.5 hours.
WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE CALL?

Live attendance is not mandatory. We'll email you the next day with a follow-up on the gathering, and from within Kajabi, you'll be able to access the recordings. You can also send questions before each gathering.
I'M A MOM AND I HAVE MY KIDS WITH ME DURING THE PRACTICE TIMES, CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Of course! If you have a newborn or young kids around, but still would like to attend the live gatherings, you're more than welcome. And, if you need to nurse or care for your child during the gathering and need to turn off your camera at any time, that's absolutely fine. Just know we may be making loud sounds and may drop an f bomb or two, so you can always use an air pod if needed. ;)
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

You'll receive an email confirming your access to Kajabi, where you can login and see your course dashboard. Please note: if you sign up before Feb 1st, your Kajabi portal will appear empty, apart from a few practices that we've added for you that you can enjoy before we officially launch! From Feb 1st, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to navigate the course platform along with dates to the upcoming live gatherings.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? AND, WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

If you are registered on a month-to-month rolling subscription, all you need to do to cancel is head over to the billing info from your profile page. Once on the billing info section, scroll down to see your active subscriptions. Click on the membership you want to cancel and hover over to the right side where you should then see three small dots appear with the option to cancel. Please note, that if you want to cancel your subscription, we advise doing so a day, at the latest, before your subscription is up for renewal. Once you cancel, your billing will stop, and your access will end. If you signed up for a yearly subscription, you can cancel up to 14 days after your payment has been made.
I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR A TRIAL, WHEN CAN I GAIN ACCESS?

If you are on a 14-day trial and have signed up before February, your access will begin on February 1st. If you cancel before the trial period is up, your access will end immediately. If you are on a 14-day trial and have signed up after February, your access will begin on the day you signed up. If you cancel after your rolling subscription has started, your billing and access will end on the date you've canceled. ie. If you signed up on Feb 5th and canceled on Feb 28th, your billing and access will end on Feb 28th.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

Once you're logged in, click on your profile settings, then on billing info. From here, you can see your current payment method, and modify it if needed.

Content Access:
If your payment fails to process or you fall behind in payments, you will lose access to the content and community space.

Refund Policy:
You have until 14 days from the initial date of purchase (if you paid for a yearly membership) to request a refund.
A refund will immediately cancel your membership and you will lose access to the content.
