If I could go back in time to my child self I would say:⁣
⁣
“Say it now my Love!”⁣
⁣
“Feel it now Sweet One!”⁣
⁣
I would hold her and bring her water and listen. ⁣
⁣
I would wipe her tears and say:⁣
⁣
“If there’s more let it come. Don’t hold it in.”⁣
⁣
So much of the work I do with women is the descent into the forgotten feelings, the severed parts, the unspoken words.⁣
⁣
Every day I hold these tender unravelings with my heart and gaze.⁣
⁣
Pain of lost moments of innocence, words that didn’t get spoken, pain that didn’t get expressed, joy that didn’t have room to breathe.⁣
⁣
On a planet thats heart has not caught up to its technological advances.⁣..
⁣
Who’s actions haven’t caught up to the concept of justice...
⁣
Who’s tender tears have not been shed...⁣
⁣
What is there to do but feel the long forgotten feelings as the present presents its pains and pleasures?
⁣
As the spirit attempts to catch up to the mind’s speed, and the mind attempts to slow down to the pace of the spirit...⁣
⁣
What more is there to do but let the heart spill it’s tears while showing up to the immensity of the now open wide?⁣
⁣
Scarred.
Spilling.
Raw.
Tender.
Here.⁣ Open even when it hurts.
⁣
Holding the Sweet Flame of Love amidst this place’s ongoing theatrical displays and penetrating wild winds that shake and knock and carve and amaze the Sparkling Soul...May we have courageous hearts in these times.

Happy New Moon ! 🌙♥️I made a new guided meditation for balancing elements in your being for my membership @radicalawakenings after feeling the ongoing heat of cultural, political, transformational inflammation and rising temps and fires...my body often mimicks nature and I have had several rashes and a cold sore, awakening at night hot - all pointing to excess heat! (as above, so below!) So this meditation is Venusian, cooling, with rain sounds, and deep ocean sound, and waves...hope you enjoy! In teachable for all members with a little talk from me. An excerpt from my newsletter today...a Story about Grace: Last week, we skipped a week on my letters to you because our dear dear, my sister, friend, and team member @sabrinaelisabetha ‘s mama passed on to the god realms. I love this woman so much. She is the kindest human I know. The kind of person who oozes selfless compassion, generosity, giving... I am so grateful to have her in my life and heart and have missed even these few days without her close.
Back in February, Sabrina and I were in Mexico City after our amazing retreat "Channeling the Feminine Heart" at @maharosesouth. The week was awesome, but someone on our team got dengue fever and we ended up in the hospital with her.
I was exhausted after holding space for, I think, 20 women all week - a lot of shadow work, trauma release, emotional processing - and even with @jenarobi and Sabrina supporting me, I was just a shell of a human after teaching and leading all week.
By the time we were in the emergency room with our team member, and the doctors were telling me she was in critical condition, and I also had our INITIATION team in town for a pilgrimage to the sacred sites, and I was Mama Bear to all 6 women, and the one who spoke Spanish, and trying to manage everything... I started feeling panic.
Even though I had sat at edges of my being in plant medicine ceremony, there was a dissociation that began to happen, when I just couldn't hold myself any longer, or the other women.
I hit my edge.
The "I am a human" edge.
The "I may have a breakdown" edge.
And so, Sabrina came to my rescue (who was holding me all along mind you!). I sobbed in her arms in the ER waiting room saying: "I can't be strong anymore. I can't, I'm trying..." I told her I was starting to feel dizzy and dissociated and the dark shadows were creeping into my mind and I couldn't do it. I needed someone to lean into. I couldn't hold myself and all the women any longer.
Somehow, she brought Grace.
Grace filled the room. She took my hand. Took me to get juice and made me eat a few bites, though I had no hunger....✨Read the end of the story in my newsletter link in bio!✨Thanks to all who read weekly!♥️🙏🏼

The fact that mothers and daughters are reading my book together rips my heart out. Yesterday someone on a live said: “I bought your book for my daughter and all her Vans team skateboarder friends! They have to read it!” ⁣

If we can be liberated from spending our lives thinking about our body weight and image and if we are loveable and finding the courage to speak up and tell heart truths- then we have battery power to help the planet! The environment! People with less than us!⁣

But the over culture has spent millions feeding us the messages we are not okay, not beautiful, not enough, and it can keep us busy A WHOLE LIFETIME. ⁣
⁣
Staying fit / beautiful / busy / worthy / ambitious but then forgetting about the WHOLE PLANET that needs us and is in cortical condition.⁣
⁣
I AM SO HAPPY you are reading and sharing with your friends and family. Writing a book and telling my stories was excruciating and terrifying and it’s worth it now to feel it in your hearts.⁣
⁣
Last night I was imagining and wishing I could see people reading in their beds, crying, remembering, having courage to tell their stories too- pls keep sending pics and videos cause I looooove it.⁣ I am so grateful for them.

Holding close to that which feels sane,⁣
While simultaneously not avoiding what feels insane...
⁣
Holding my @radicalawakenings and Initiation Mentorship communities close to my heart right now and in this next month as we all face even deeper potential triggers to feeling safe.⁣
⁣
It’s been gutting to not be able to gather in person in our community / temple / healing space...But we practice online monthly: self healing, self transformation, returning to the feminine sacred path of the heart, of love, of fire. ⁣
⁣
And I have so craved living amongst elders and community during these times. It’s been stark. The “apart-“ ment living.⁣
⁣
I wish to lay my head on the lap of a grandma who made it through a war and ask her questions. ⁣
⁣
An auntie who could tell me what it felt like when she met her husband so I could ask: “did you feel this too?”⁣
⁣
And I grieve that money and ambition has driven us so far from each other. Deeper into phones and screens and away from tickles.⁣
⁣
As Moun tickled me yesterday I thought “God! Tickling is the best drug ! Pure euphoria! What are we all doing ?!!!”⁣
⁣
And as I danced with my dear friend V Friday night to the talking heads I thought:⁣
“God! Dancing! Why aren’t we dancing as much as sitting?”⁣
⁣
We may all be trying to hold tight to our sanity.
⁣
So we keep singing and laughing, we humans with our big resilience and ability to find joy and love even in the deepest strife.
⁣
It takes so much courage to sit in that pain and discomfort of our internal and external worlds and I commend all of you who are doing it. ⁣
⁣
I love hearing your messages saying: “I am doing the work in your book. It’s real and intense but I am doing it!” ⁣
⁣
I love hearing you are resting between chapters. Nourishing. Feeling. Thawing hard places and grieving long forgotten tears.⁣
⁣
Fuck. Me too. ⁣
⁣
Like Alice we keep traveling. Like Neo we slow time. Like Luke Skywalker we look straight into the dark abyss with our LightSaber hearts.⁣
⁣
Weary travelers. Faithful pilgrims. Devotees to Life, we are.⁣
⁣
